MY HEART went out to the Setanta pundits last night.
Not to mention good old Ronnie Goodlass in the Radio Merseyside commentary box at Manchester City’s admirable Eastlands stadium.

SOMETIMES, well most of the time, there is something reassuringly Scottish, miserable and phlegmatic about Davie Moyes.
It might be a cliche (more of those tricky buggers later), but I equate that sort of boss with success (Alex Ferguson, Strachan, Shankly etc...)

I DECIDED on a self-enforced 48 hour blogging ban after Thursday’s game.
It was to give me time to cool down and get a sense of perspective on that shambles. If I’d blogged Thursday night it would have been a rant.
